Kathy in the service department was excellent to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always upfront about what was going on. Unfortunately, there just wasn’t a turbo available anywhere, and I ultimately ended up purchasing another F-350 from DJ, who has helped me with several vehicles over the years. I also want to point out that Kathy and the commercial side of the service department deserve more recognition. They do a fantastic job, and it’s surprising they’re not highlighted more—they are a valuable part of the team and should absolutely be acknowledged. More
