Manager is completely rude. I had to change a part that was changed twice already, and was car was looked at 2 months ago for any problem with a specific request to avoid the pr I had to change a part that was changed twice already, and was car was looked at 2 months ago for any problem with a specific request to avoid the problem with the car that was reoccurring, and another Chevy dealership admitted that the part would have to be faulty due to it being replaced just over 2 years ago. Manager was completely rude and out of line with stating that the part was old and stated that it was 6 years old, when the car is a 2020 and the part was replaced in 2023 when he was given the paper work before hand. A mange that has the audacity to say something like, and be completely wrong that should not have the job. Only the sales individual was nice about the car. We should have logistically not had to pay for anything as it was all oversight and Chevy faulty equipment. All they can tell me is that we are all human, which to me is an inappropriate. If it your mistake then I should be refunded for the service or part that has failed. I have been going to Chevy dealerships for years and this one is the worst. More

Over promised, under delivered. I bought a new car that the door was damaged as it came off the trailer. Waited a week longer than told for car to be repaired. Loaner car died in the middle of the hwy with 6 young kids in the car at night. I had to car a tow which I have yet to be reimbursed. Lastly, sales agent did not pull the tag off my old car so now I have to go to the DMV to request a tag. Poor service all around More

I can’t say enough good things about my experience purchasing a vehicle at Starling Chevrolet! I had been searching high and low for a Z71 Suburban with no luck—until I connected with Cornelius. He we purchasing a vehicle at Starling Chevrolet! I had been searching high and low for a Z71 Suburban with no luck—until I connected with Cornelius. He went above and beyond to locate exactly what I was looking for and had the vehicle transported from Florida in record time. From start to finish, the process was smooth and seamless. Cornelius was incredibly communicative, helpful, and honest throughout the entire experience—even calling me right away when I accidentally left a debit card in the vehicle. He kindly offered to mail it or hold onto it until I could return. That level of integrity really stood out. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Justin was equally professional and informative, making everything easy to understand and efficient. After taking the car home, I did run into an issue with the rear air conditioning not working. Despite that hiccup, the Starling team handled it with so much care and urgency. Cornelius arranged for a driver to bring me a loaner car and had my vehicle taken all the way back to Charleston for repair. Although it’s not resolved yet, I’ve been met with kindness, prompt communication, and a team that’s truly gone the extra mile. Bravo to Cornelius and the entire Starling Chevrolet team—you’ve earned a customer for life! More
