Great car buying experience...so we thought Rob went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could on a used car for our daughter. The thermostat went out a couple days after buying and Ron Rob went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could on a used car for our daughter. The thermostat went out a couple days after buying and Ron made sure it was taken care of even though we bought “as is”. EDIT- car continued to overheat, was taken to their service department 4 times in first 30 days. Was told to take to Corwin Dodge so the “experts” could diagnose. Was finally told it needed engine replaced due to warped heads. Napleton did put an engine in it that had 38,000 more miles than the one in it saying was all they could find (not true, Corwin found one with 20,000 more than original).. Was told we could not return car because it had been more than 90 days, even thought it was in the shop for more than 60 of the first 90 days. Either the engine had to be replaced due to incompetence of their service department not properly diagnosing/fixing problem or they sold a car with bad engine, I feel service department didn’t properly fix, considering other issues we had with them putting in the engine and leaving tools in the engine, not putting shield on correctly, and damaging other parts that Corwin Dodge fixed on Napleton’s dime. I would NOT recommend them and DEFINITELY do not use their service department unless you want ripped off and more damage done to your car! More

Honest sales I recently purchased a car from Philip Osburn. When i went there, i was originally going to look at buying a brand new mirage for the economy of the v I recently purchased a car from Philip Osburn. When i went there, i was originally going to look at buying a brand new mirage for the economy of the vehicle as an errand car for my wife. Mr. Osburn asked me what kind of range i was looking at for daily driving and then referred me to an electric car they had for sale as a better choice which made all of us happy in the deal. That move may have cost him money in commission but was key to the perfect service i received. I saved $7000 on that recommendation and is the reason that i WILL return to this dealership in the future when purchasing another car. More
