He’s prompt, easy to talk to, friendly, and, most importantly, genuine. He not only lets you ride off the lot with the car you have in mind, but he also makes an effort to make sure you leave the lot happy. I can’t thank him enough. To give you some perspective… he provides old-school customer service people come to expect from their corner Mom and Pop shops. That customer service is what keeps these businesses going.
