Communication issues. Technical issues on Corwin side. After picking up, new issue (related to svc.?) popped up. Called 3x, left VM's each time. Still no call back in 3 bu Technical issues on Corwin side. After picking up, new issue (related to svc.?) popped up. Called 3x, left VM's each time. Still no call back in 3 business days. Scheduled a follow up appointment for May 4th via MyFord app. Disappointed. This is my first experience with Corwin service. Not a good first impression. More

When I went to make the appointment for my truck, I was expecting them to say 1–2 months out. They got me in quickly and took care of all warranty work quicker than the time frame they expected. I am not impressed with their service department. I had an explorer go in for transmission diagnostic and repair back in January. They did not find an issue for a couple weeks and my service advisor I had an explorer go in for transmission diagnostic and repair back in January. They did not find an issue for a couple weeks and my service advisor was not good at communicating and very hard to reach. The first diagnostic and repair was unwarranted and I was told it would fix the issue, it in indeed did not fix the issue and I was still going to be charged for it. Then came the second "diagnostic" that again did not solve the issue, mind you I'm still being charged for the first wrongful issue. Finally they get a third diagnosis of needing a whole new transmission, should've done from the start. 2 months it was in their shop and being wrongfully diagnosed just to be a transmission replacement at the end of it all and I still had to be $1600 out of pocket for the wrong diagnosis. On top of that, it sat in their yard for a long enough period for a mouse to find its way inside and leave poop everywhere and eat my kids $350 car seat. They also left me with 3 miles until empty on fuel. Do not go to corwin for any service. They do not care about their customers. More

I usually have a hard time getting ahold of someone to talk to in service. The website didn't work nor did the app to try and schedule the service. Service was performed in a swift and efficient manner. I did not get a message confirming completion. Tried to contact and leave leave callback 3 times before speaking with service rep who said work was c I did not get a message confirming completion. Tried to contact and leave leave callback 3 times before speaking with service rep who said work was complete (this was 7 days later). Cristian wasn't available when I arrived but Journey did a great job processing me out the door. Overall, good experience just didn't receive notice when work was first completed. More
