Lack of respect for disabled Vet and poor negotiation skills The Sales Rep spent a lot of his time with us on test ride and answering our questions. Then he called in the Sales Supervisor (Henry) who was inflexi The Sales Rep spent a lot of his time with us on test ride and answering our questions. Then he called in the Sales Supervisor (Henry) who was inflexible in negotiation, said there's nothing more he could do on pricing, and disrespected a 27-year in service disabled vet by saying to us that there is no discount he could offer us. It was getting close to 6 PM on a Saturday and it seemed that he wanted to get home to dinner. He abruptly ended our negotiation and put out his hand to handshake us saying, "Sorry it didn't work out" and let us walk out the door. Even the Sales Rep couldn't believe it. More
