Lots of work in (3) weeks and spent $10,000 in repairs that started with an oil change and a battery replacement! The amount we spent was the price of the car if we had sold it! Would have loved the oppor that started with an oil change and a battery replacement! The amount we spent was the price of the car if we had sold it! Would have loved the opportunity to trade the 2015 Murano in for a new 2025/2026! Spending $63,000 in (2) months isn’t how we intended to spend our nest egg of hard earned 30+ years of savings!!! Reliable has been the only dealership we’ve done business with since 2015 and we’ve seen so many service managers and reps come and go the past (10) years and we are just reeling at the moment! Sales team AMAZING and did their absolute best to make the process smooth and easy! Finance Manager “Jesse” HORRIBLE he was extremely pushy, aggressive, arrogant, and beyond rude. I would not do any furt the process smooth and easy! Finance Manager “Jesse” HORRIBLE he was extremely pushy, aggressive, arrogant, and beyond rude. I would not do any further business with this dealership if I had any interaction with that guy again. Service department also doesn’t really know how to maintain a vehicle properly. I will not be letting them touch my vehicle with a 10’ pole (oil changes only at 7500miles! No matter what the oil says you never go more than 5000. Also, Nissan’s own maintenance schedule states first at 500 miles) these guys are a joke or actually trying to sabotage your new vehicles! Be warned!!! More
