This is the 12th vehicle we have bought from Craig Powell. I wouldn't go to anyone other than him, it doesn't matter the make. We bought a 2026 Chevy Traverse yesterday, came in around 9 and we were h Powell. I wouldn't go to anyone other than him, it doesn't matter the make. We bought a 2026 Chevy Traverse yesterday, came in around 9 and we were home by 3. Not for one second did my wife or I question the price on my trade (which we also bought from Craig) or they Traverse. Ricky in finance was also incredible. Personable, professional. The only thing I will only say in a negative way is the service department. It's never been an issue with the quality of the work its lengthy time frame to get in and even with an appointment it is always several hours until your vehicle is ready. Ending on a positive note, Craig makes up for that and more. More

The used car that I came in looking for (and found several) became irrelevant: Mr Powell did not influence me to upgrade, I had to influence HIM! He was very professional and knowledgeable and took me around the entire site and made suggestions within my original price range and that's when I increased the total that I had set. And then I increased it again... He spent at least half of the day making sure that I was taking of and as you can see it resulted in a purchase of a Chevrolet Trax RS '25 which I love and my fiance, my neighbors, and my coworkers are really impressed.
