Excellent dealership Rob Fox was outstanding to deal with. Although I bought a used car in a lower price range, he was absolutely professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to show me features of the Camry I purchased. He also didn't hesitate to show me the car even though I was early and it wasn't ready yet, which I appreciated. The price was as advertised with no haggling. Rob also took care of a very minor issue I had with the car without hesitation (Low Tire pressure sensor). He also went above and beyond to answer some other questions I had. Everyone else I dealt with was also courteous and professional. I would buy another car from here. More

When I asked about various models, Bill knew most of the details, and was able to look up what he didn't know, answering all of my questions. He encouraged me to test drive several cars, so that I could make an informed choice. When I settled on a model I liked, he arranged for a vehicle at another Sloane location to be brought to Glenside the next day for me to try out. Craig Appel was very helpful in working through the costs, and the value of my trade-in, in order to help me get to an affordable car payment. I'm very pleased with my car - and the experience at Sloane Toyota of Glenside! More

In addition he took the extra time to not only ensure that my wife and I were comfortable in a new/different vehicle but showed us the electronic features - including programming some of our basic information to help get us started. Craig was great as well. Professional and personable. Explained what he could do in regards to price of the new vehicle and for my trade in. Never pressured us and offered alternatives so that we could walk away with a new car and feel good about the deal. Went out of his way to meet our challenges.
