I grew up in Hurst, Texas and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm and Operation Restore Hope. Upon return to civilian life, I spent 10 years in the information technology field before finding my passion for sales. I have been with D&M Leasing for 18 years and love the company and the people I work with. My goal with every interaction, is to make the process simple and easy for my clients to lease or buy a car without the hassle of going to a dealership. Taking the time to listen to their specific needs and making the best recommendation for them, based on those needs, is critical to building trust and long term relationships!

Been leasing with D&M for approx 30 years and close to 20 vehicles. My previous agent retired last year and whoever took his place had a tall order to fill as he was nothing less than stellar. I was fortunate enough to have been matched up with Courtney Headley for my next lease that I just got today and a beat was not missed. Decided a week ago I wanted a new truck, told him exactly what I wanted, always a tall order with my specifics and I was delivered exactly what I wanted and more.... Great experience once again!! We've been working with Courtney for several years and he makes the process extremely easy!
