Jim was very helpful and patient in working with me and in making sure a Black Honda H-rv Sport was on the lot and ready for me to drive away after completing the paperwork and down payment. Although he wasn't available to be at the Honda of Kenosha dealership on the only day I could go in to physically to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, prior arrangements had been made with Courtney Graves to complete the sale upon my scheduled arrival time. She had all of the paperwork in place for me to sign, connected me with the fiance representative who efficiently handled that portion of the paperwork, and was very helpful, patient and pleasant going over the specific features & technology of my new car so I felt very comfortable driving it off the lot. My total experience purchasing my new vehicle at Honda was very positive! More
