Both Court and B.J. were in contact by phone and text and did my application over the phone so I never had to come in and do any of that paperwork. They took a lot of the stress off of me and took it on for me. Also, turns out my brother and sister in law purchased their KIAs from B.J. and Court as well. My Daughter and I purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento back in January 2022. We took it in for an oil change being that she put about 7500 miles on it since the purchase. She loves her ride. We checked in at the service department, they were very courteous and professional to both my daughter and myself. We mentioned a small problem with the back seat arm rest, the service department addressed it. They spoke with Mr. Court Courtney and he took time to look at the situation and get the manager Mr. Brian Kitts involved to resolve the issue for my daughter. Not only did these folks take care of an oil change, rotate tires, and wash the vehicle. These gentlemen went above and beyond by agreeing to take care of this arm rest and replace it. We have purchased multiple vehicles from these folks and will continue to go back and deal with them. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would definitely recommend them for your next purchase. Thank you for the great service you provide. More
