I worked with Sean and he was best. He made my experience smooth and enjoyable. Usually shopping for a car the process time can be a drag and boring. Meh. It wasn’t really good or bad. Pretty standard experience. Took all day even after I filled out the paperwork ahead of time and emailed it in. Sat the It wasn’t really good or bad. Pretty standard experience. Took all day even after I filled out the paperwork ahead of time and emailed it in. Sat there for an extra 45 minutes while my car was being “detailed”. Still found a granola bar, dog fur, and sticky stuff from the previous owner so I’m not sure what they were doing. Loan person tried to sell me on 10 different things that I didn’t want and I had to be very stern with telling them no, I want you to take that off of there I don’t need a service contract. They tried to sell me some sort of paint protector which I am glad I declined because the cars previous owner had already purchased and was in the paperwork I was given later. At the very end the salesperson decided to go out gas in the car for me. Fine, but I had said 3 days ago I was coming to buy the car and been sitting at your desk staring at you doing nothing and then I didn’t even get a full tank of gas which I thought was bizarre considering the fuss over needing to put gas in it and taking 20 minutes to do so. Had to drive 3 hours round trip to pick up my tags which they refused to mail and nobody told me had been sent to the dealership and they had been sitting there for who knows how long. That being said, I did get the car I wanted at a fair price with a good interest rate and a fair trade in value for my old car. More
