The process was very easy. This is our 4th Honda; the first was a 1980 Civic LX Hatchback. Kept that one for 16 years. Then a 2003 Honda CRV, a 2015 Civic for our son, and now this Pilot Elite, off the showroom floor. We knew we wanted another Honda. I hate the car buying process in general, that being said Germain Honda was about as good as it gets. I'm new to this dealership and aside from buying the car I don't have much to go on. The sales process pretty much went as expected but there is room for improvement. Their phone system needs work as it seems people don't answer and/or someone states their name and it beeps then it seems to go dead. I have received several emails about scheduling service on a car I bought less than a week ago. More
