A divine appointment I have known Drew Stiles my entire life and was glad to go see him at his job to see if he could help my mom find her an SUV. He did not disappoint! I I have known Drew Stiles my entire life and was glad to go see him at his job to see if he could help my mom find her an SUV. He did not disappoint! It was a bittersweet moment as we were trading in my dad's handicap accessible van as he won his battle with ALS the end of May. Drew said that they normally didn't handle these kind of vans but they were willing to help us. After getting a price on the van, we decided that it was time to do this. When we arrived there, Drew told us that his new co-worker Tamara had heard about the van and said that her best friend had been looking for one for her daughter so that she wouldn't have to live as a recluse any longer. Needless to say that they not only made my mom very happy with her Tuscon but were able to help out this other family in need as well. Thanks to Drew, Tamara, Allen and Colby for all of your help and kindness! God is good! More

Used vehicle purchase with a problem I purchased a 03 Rav4 and found out it had an inoperative right front door lock and the transmission randomly doesn't shift into 2nd gear then shifts I purchased a 03 Rav4 and found out it had an inoperative right front door lock and the transmission randomly doesn't shift into 2nd gear then shifts real hard and sometimes shifts in and out hard several times . So I called made appt and they drove it and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission but when I left it did it right there in the street as I stsrtrd out and turned and went back into service lot tild them that is was doing then and they said to wait until part for the door came in and woyld bring back and check it out then. They expecting me to drive it that way until they call me whenever the door part comes in? It doesn't need to be driven it needs to be fixed . they haven't called me yet! It has been 4 days. So I call them and ask if the part came in for the door and they said they couldn't tell me because someone wasn't there to called back tomorrow and they could tell me?? Is that a way to run s service dept and or parts dept. Sounds like it is a run around to me !!! More

I had been looking into a new car and he called me when one came in to drive as the previous 3 had sold before I could get there to drive them. He went far above and beyond to accommodate me, keep me informed, and even came in on his day off as I demanded to work EXCLUSIVELY with him. I would advise ANYONE and EVERYONE to do the same as he is amazing. So laid back, no pressure sales, and he is straight up. NO BS. I only wish everyone could experience a buying experience like I did - as it would erase any prior bad buying experiences. It was such an awesome experience I have told that rather than telling folks about the NEW CAR!!! Because the WAY i was treated was far better than what I bought. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will never buy from ANYONE other than him again. Give this guy a RAISE and a shot at your business. You won't regret it one bit. More
