I have a 2002 Ford F250 I took it in for an alignment. They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call me back. They did not. Thursday I called. They said somebody would call and tell me when the truck would be ready they did not. I became angry and wanted to speak to the service manager. He later called and told me everything that was wrong with my truck other than the alignment at this point I was so mad I told them not to touch my truck and bring it back to me. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with Parks Ford. I will never take my truck back to them again. Something as simple as being aligned, they are rifling senior citizens to get more money. Shame on you Parks Ford. They say they’re under new management their service and tactics haven’t changed at all in the past 10 years If you wanna call me, you can my name is Steven Langston. Dealership refused to perform service that was scheduled for 150K transmission service per Ford Explorer Maintenance Manual. Customer Service Representative stated that he did not recommended the service. A for 150K transmission service per Ford Explorer Maintenance Manual. Customer Service Representative stated that he did not recommended the service. After stating multiple times I wanted the transmission they didn’t service it. When I asked if I authorized other recommended service to be done and I replied “yes” they did all other recommended service except the scheduled appointment (transmission service). The bill was $1100 for 4 spark plugs, and a couple of air filters. When I asked way the transmission was not serviced… they stated “Well we didn’t have to time… etc” Horrible service & CSR’s that do not even know vehicles maintenance service intervals. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership for any work to be done or purchase a vehicle. More

This service department at this dealership was horrible. No one returns phone calls. They did not want to file my warranty claim for paint at Hyundai. Even tho the warranty ended up being approved.
