it was ok except the financing man signed me up for extended warranty without my knowledge and the gap insurance. of course he will deny it.. I during process i even discussed a past experience when extended warranty without my knowledge and the gap insurance. of course he will deny it.. I didn't pay attention and just signed the forms. he told me what they were buy not that they were optional and didn't come with the deal that day. I assumed that warranty was because car was relatively new . I blame self for not looking at final sales agreement.. also got much cheaper interest rate at Fortera credit union . like 2.5 percentage pts. yet was told they were higher for me then the capital one I was approved with. I have very good credit and financed 3-4 cars at Fortera since 90s. I shoulda brought preapprovel paper. it's possible that my low rate was because im a long time customer there . the finance man did correct the situation when I returned 10 days later to have warranty removed and the gap. but he was a bit annoyed it seemed. of course he claimed he explained he went over it all fully . but im not there to argue.
