Friendly staff and management, no pressure sell. Car price was good. Only negative, I was issued two keys and when I got home, I try the other key and it work sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. I brought a bew battery, but still had the same issue. I contacted the services dept and after a short check, I was told they need to submit a good faith application for reprogramming or new key glob? Last day of the 4 year warranty was that day. I called the sell rep( Codi) and asked, what is a good faith application process? He said, he don’t know, but will check and will a call me. Never call. It would seem, the warranty was applicable, even if the warranty expired I just brought the car a new key should have been provided. Was told this key flob will cost $500 without a good faith application approval. Very disappointed in receiving a malfunction key and the difficulty in correcting a minor issues. More
