Moreover they do more listening than talking and in my experience that's a rarity in auto sales. It was actually a pleasure to buy a car here even though you may not think that possible! :-) More

Best car buying experience ever! I wasn't happy with the local Toyota dealership so a friend recommended Falmouth Toyota. I was looking for a specific vehicle and found many to cho I wasn't happy with the local Toyota dealership so a friend recommended Falmouth Toyota. I was looking for a specific vehicle and found many to choose from. After spending some time looking, I approached a young man and asked if he was in sales. He said yes, my name is Evan how can I help you. Smooth sailing from there! Everything was done quickly with excellent and friendly service. I came back to have a remote starter installed and the service department was extremely helpful and courteous. They do believe in service and it is much appreciated! More

Leased a car! Everyone was very helpful and it didn't feel like the steriotypical sleazy dealership. No stress car experience! Car dealerships and the buying experience has always stressed me out! There was always a pressure or feeling of being taken advantage of, but not here Car dealerships and the buying experience has always stressed me out! There was always a pressure or feeling of being taken advantage of, but not here at Falmouth Toyota. It was a no stress and no pressure kind of experience, quite the opposite actually. Everyone was very helpful and there wasn't the back n forth 'let me go talk to my manager' action that always seems to go on and on! Coby Signs was easy and helpful all the way through! Justin in Finance was transparent and clear! And Amy the Sales manager was awesome and very helpful! If you are looking for a Toyota and a smooth car buying experience, this is the spot! More

New car needed quickly Never owned a Toyota before. Loved my 2013 Ford Focus, but my recently graduated son wanted it for his new job. It usually takes me six months to shop Never owned a Toyota before. Loved my 2013 Ford Focus, but my recently graduated son wanted it for his new job. It usually takes me six months to shop for a car. When I swapped cars with my son, I realized my 2004 Honda CRV was not in the same condition as it had been when we sent him to college in it, so I needed a new ride, quickly. I test drove Suburu Legacy, which I liked, but the Camry had overall better ratings on Consumer Reports. Falmouth Toyota gave us a generous trade in allowance on top of Toyota's cash back offer. Salesman stayed on top of the insurance company and the RMV to get the registration squared away so that I could pick up the car on the scheduled day. I really appreciated his product knowledge and no pressure selling approach. More
