Cliff was amazing — I called early Tuesday morning about seeing a used 2022 Mazda CX-30 and he made himself available immediately for me to test drive the car. He took the time to walk around the car with m seeing a used 2022 Mazda CX-30 and he made himself available immediately for me to test drive the car. He took the time to walk around the car with me, including checking the trunk, confirming a spare tire was present, and trying the features of the car. It was my first time in a Mazda and he was patient in checking all of the features, including bluetooth connection, the heated seats and A/C. Before signing any papers he gave me the opportunity to go back to the car to check the sun roof. I appreciated Cliff’s patience, personability while we waited to go through financing and other processes, and his knowledge for answering all of my questions. He cared about being fair with my trade-in value and ensuring I was comfortable with the car, including taking care of scratches on the hood after it was cleaned. Cliff made the process very smooth for my first time buying a car alone and I would highly recommend him and Mercedes-Benz to others. More
