I walked into VW on Irving park, Chicago, with my mind set on wanting a 3rd row. Mostly the Tiguan. However after much consideration, research, test drives and much help from Ray, I Decided on an atlas in set on wanting a 3rd row. Mostly the Tiguan. Ray went above and beyond with test driving all the vehicles necessary, making sure I get accepted, but more importantly he wanted me to drive out loving the vehicle, and he did just that. I was happy with my salesman. He is very thorough and help me select between a couple different cars however, when I decided on a car that has never been titled, it was only used He is very thorough and help me select between a couple different cars however, when I decided on a car that has never been titled, it was only used by the dealership. It only came with one key. I thought that might be normal until I looked into it. All new cars come with two keys and apparently they lost one and it’s gonna cost me over $500 to get a second key. When I brought this to their attention after the purchase, I was told by the manager basically that’s tough luck and it comes with one key. I’m mad that it was not disclosed to me upfront and I was made to believe cars only come with one key. After checking into other dealerships, I find out that’s not correct. I thought that was misled and now I’m out $500 for a second key. I will be contacting Volkswagen corporate to find out if there’s anything that can be done. More

Worked with Ray Cotto again and for the second time this year he got me into a new vehicle. While Ray was cutting the deal David reassured the deal and reminded me about the warranty and was very cool to ch year he got me into a new vehicle.
