The finance manager explained me that the tax is not for the delivery charge, but for the documentation fee of $799.00 is taxable by law in NJ. I am ok with that. Regarding the cleaning of the vehicle the manager inspect the vehicle and said that they can clean and fix the spots after the holidays free of charge.
