I came in on 6/9 to purchase a car with my wife and a gentleman of Indian decent walked in carrying a packet - this salesman ( Ciro R) proceeded to bad mouth this customer, state that he didn’t want to g gentleman of Indian decent walked in carrying a packet - this salesman ( Ciro R) proceeded to bad mouth this customer, state that he didn’t want to go help him, him and his co worker (Lance) called this customer a “xxxxxxxxxxxx” - proceeded to state “I’m not helping that xxxx, man” - and then laughed to each other while making his co worker go help him. Entirely unprofessional. I can’t imagine how many people he bad mouths and judges off the bat when they walk in. He was cussing up a storm like he’s part of a frat and acting so immature and he wasn’t even MY salesman. More
