I've held on to that car for 10 years and now with a growing family, it was time to get a new car. Honda Cars of Bellevue had a great deal going on for leasing 2014 CR-Vs. I knew virtually nothing about leasing, so I did lots of research online. I also showed up 3 different times to meet with Kevin so he could answer my questions. Kevin was very approachable, friendly, genuine, and helpful each time I showed up with my notebook and a list of questions. He wasn't in my face and gave me 2 weeks to make my decision, with just a few follow up calls to help me along. He gave me his own experiences and expertise with leasing, which was helpful in making my own decision. Cheryl took care of the business side of things, and she was a lovely person to deal with. She had lots of information, suggestions for low insurance rates, and smiles. I would recommend working with this dealership and their employees. More

Why I ultimately chose Honda Cars of Bellevue. My wife had just had an accident with her van and the insurance company said it had to be totaled. I decided to see what I could find and checked out many of the different Honda dealers as well as other dealerships to see what they had. Honda Cars of Bellevue had one I really liked. I called and made an appointment to meet with Tony Sorenson. We went down to the dealer, spoke with Tony and checked out the van I saw online. Tony was great. He knew about the vehicle and the product in general. I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger and Tony said no problem but keep in mind there was someone who also looked at it earlier in the day and quite possibly it could go. Well we passed and the other someone made an offer. I kicked myself because I should have just said I'll take it. I checked numerous other sites and none came close to what Honda Cars of Bellevue was asking. Three days later I got a call from Tony saying it was available. I went down, spoke with Tony and sealed the deal. Not only was Tony great, Sheryl was also great with finishing up the paperwork. Thank you to both. Many people have bad experiences with car dealerships and their aggressive staff. This is not the case with Honda Cars of Bellevue. They will definitely be my first choice if I have to look again. More

He made my new honda purchase a living dream. This is my 3rd honda I have bought here at Bellevue Honda and have always had nothing but helpful people, but I must say Gary is the top of the line when it comes to sales reps. It was totally my pleasure being able to work with him Also Cheryl the finance lady was most helpful when it came to the extended warranty info. She explained everything very clear to us and we were able to decide which warranty would fit us. She is definately an asset to the Honda Dealer in Bellevue. Bellevue Honda takes care of their customers. . . We visited five different dealerships in three days trying to zero in on the car we wanted to buy. This was the last stop and the dealership where we purchased our car. Chris Youngblood was a true gentleman, treated us with respect and worked well with us in settling in on a price. Always respectful, he patiently explained all the features of the car we purchased. The finance person was also friendly, professional and kind. She presented all the extra warranties and other options available, but without making it an uncomfortable process. Buying a new car will never be our favorite past time, but Bellevue made it as enjoyable as it could be. More

Great experience I had a great experience with my salesperson, Dave G, and Cheryl from the finance department. No nonsense, no pressure, and great customer service. Dave G spent a lot of time with me, was very patient, and was very knowledgeable. He didn't try to BS me on anything and never tried to rush me during the decision making process or after the sale. Purchased a new Honda Pilot It was a very good experience working with the associates from Honda cars of Bellevue. Initially worked with Dave G, but as he was out for a few day It was a very good experience working with the associates from Honda cars of Bellevue. Initially worked with Dave G, but as he was out for a few days, Nolan stepped in and helped to finalize the purchase of our new Honda Pilot. Really appreciated the efforts to seal the deal, without the typical high pressure that is involved with other dealers. We will be back when we need a replacement for our other vehicle. More

Gary and Cheryl took the time to get to know us as people and not just as another random customer who walked through the door.
