Nozim Sharipov gave me all information I wanted to know about changes in the 2015 CRV EX-L model, and outlined special new features of which I had no prior knowledge. Cheryl Oxner processed the stack of paperwork like a whiz, and yet managed to convey needed information about financing, car values and financial terms. I work as an accountant and so I could appreciate the amount of paperwork she needed to process in a short time. Brian Kelly was very supportive of his sales staff and took the time to chat with a customer. I would highly recommend the management and staff at Honda Cars of Bellevue. I was initially helped by Dave a few weeks ago when I test drove a couple different models, and he was nothing but courteous and professional. When I returned to discuss numbers I was helped by Tom. I greatly appreciated his pointedness and willingness to engage in making a deal. After visiting several different dealerships, it was an easy decision to do business with him. Cheryl did a fantastic job guiding me through the financing and paperwork so that I could leave the lot with my new car. Overall I had a wonderful experience and feel quite comfortable recommending this dealership to my friends and family. More

Feeling like family It's amazing how when you go in for an oil change and you're walking through the lot just "looking", rarely are you approached by a manager, Rob was c It's amazing how when you go in for an oil change and you're walking through the lot just "looking", rarely are you approached by a manager, Rob was certainly interested in answering my questions and getting someone to help me. Tony was great, he answered a lot of questions, offered to let me test drive the car, I told him the biggest pet peeve I had with sales people at any dealership are when they asked what color do you want and the ones that keep you captive for half the day. Tony passed the test, he didn't do either. He was very thorough in explaining different features to me, When my Civic was done I told him I'd get back to him by Tuesday, he was off that day, I called Rob told him what I had set up with my Credit Union, This may be a little long winded, but sharing this with you is about how long it took me to wrap things up with the finance department. Cheryl was great. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the friendly caring people at Bellevue Honda, My 2006 Civic I call Blue Belle can now go to someone that will give her a good home., I'm off on a new adventure with my 2014 Civic I call the Silver Bullet. I have to add the service department there is beyond belief, those guys are great too. Thank you one and all for taking me in as part of your Honda Family. More

Good price, and experience. Went to Honda Cars of Bellevue for an initial test drive and stuck with them due to a decent selection of certified used minivans, at decent prices. Went to Honda Cars of Bellevue for an initial test drive and stuck with them due to a decent selection of certified used minivans, at decent prices. Also, certified cars sold here are certified by Honda nationally and not just by the dealership. I've heard that some dealerships only certifiy vehicles for their own location, so check before buying. We were shown the vehicle by Gary (since retired) and Nozim. Both did an excellent job and took pride in making sure our questions were answered. The negotiation process was with Nolan. He was friendly and I considered the final price of the vehicle to be fair. The checkout process was with Cheryl and she was friendly and patient to work with. The only qualms I had during the process were minor: 1. We purchased rust-proofing and were told there was a 3 year warranty against rust and a lifetime warranty on undercoating. The lifetime warranty on undercoating was correct, but in the fine print the rust warranty is actually for 10 years and ONLY IF the vehicle is of the current model year and has <6500 miles at the time of application. I suppose I could have verified terms with the rustproofing company on my own, but I thought the info received from Honda of Bellevue would be correct. 2. It took 17 days to receive the title from the day my check cleared and I was originally told it would be around 10 days. This left me less time to get the vehicle registered before the in-transit tags expired. Admittedly, the above complaints are minor. Overall, I was pleased with the price, selection, and quality of of minivans and with the service. I would consider purchasing a vehicle from Honda Cars of Bellevue in the future. P.S, I have not worked with their service department, yet. The "Quality of Work" rating reflects the cleanliness of the vehicle at time of checkout. More
