Her manager Cheryl was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about buying cars. Also she got me a great deal that will definitely bring me back to Honda in a year or so when my credit is even better. They don't push things you don't want, they don't lie, and they are patient with your decision making, not to mention their service department is five star and does not inflate service fees. Everything started with Tony Sorensen and I agreeing on a payment amount. We completed the online application and that only took a couple of minutes. Tony called us back to say the car was ready to be picked up. We got to the dealership about 5:30pm and were on our way home by 6:00pm. Tony introduced us to Faiz who took care of us and showed us our new car. Within just a few minutes he introduced us to Cheryl (who we dealt with when we got out last Accord). We sat down and negotiated a fair prices with the options we wanted and left knowing exactly what we were going to pay. We ordered the van, it arrived the day promised and we picked it up that night. TJ set everything up, Cheryl had all the paperwork ready and we off to go through the van. TJ set up the Bluetooth for our phones, explained the remote starter and went over every feature with us. it was the most hassle free experience we ever had buying a vehicle. More
