Outstanding buying experience! My wife and I had been shopping around for a couple of weeks. We ended up at Honda Cars of Bellevue when we found out they were receiving the exact co My wife and I had been shopping around for a couple of weeks. We ended up at Honda Cars of Bellevue when we found out they were receiving the exact color and model of CRV we had been looking for. After visiting a number of other dealers, we were so happy we ended up buying from Honda Cars of Bellevue. Our salesman Josh was ideal for us - not pushy, but pleasant and knowledgeable. He let us take our time, answered our questions, and never got in our way - but was always there with an answer or to offer assistance. In the finance department we worked with Cheryl - she was just like Josh, so helpful without being overbearing. The entire experience was simply the most enjoyable I've ever had buying a car! More

Also no doubt we will continue to feel that way when it comes to ongoing service and future purchases. It was immediately apparent to Lora and I that David Quach loves what he does for a living, knows what he is talking about and has a great sense of humor. Most importantly he was focused on helping us make a good choice and ensuring we would be happy about that choice long term. David explained all the features on the car and helped with the programming of those features which we appreciated very much. We would (and will) recommend David to anyone who is in the market for a car. We were equally impressed with Cheryl Oxner in the business office, she made the paper work a breeze, gave us some great advice on extended warranty and we enjoyed chatting with her during the process. She obviously enjoys what she does and cares about her customers. Wonderful buying experience! More

Best Car Buying Experience We've Had We recently purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot EX from Honda Cars of Bellevue. We knew we wanted a Pilot EX, and we shopped at all three Honda dealerships We recently purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot EX from Honda Cars of Bellevue. We knew we wanted a Pilot EX, and we shopped at all three Honda dealerships in the Omaha area prior to buying. Our bottom line was price. Dealership 1 quoted us a price up front by e-mail, saying that was their best price and that if we found a better price elsewhere, we should take it. The saleswoman at Dealership 2 was very helpful, but on our second visit, it took about an hour for her to agree to match Dealership 1's price if we could provide a written quote from them. Then, we visited David Q at Honda Cars of Bellevue. David almost immediately quoted us a better price than the other two dealerships, and within about 15 minutes, we had negotiated a sales price about $500 lower than the other dealerships. So, David gave us the best price, but he also provided the best service and an exceptional buying experience. We had researched the Pilot extensively prior to shopping, but he knew the product very well and was able to provide us some additional insights about it. The model we wanted was the difficult to find EX, but he got it (in the color we wanted) within about 30 days. The other dealerships had told us to expect a 90 to 120 day wait. And, when we took delivery of the vehicle, he provided the most thorough introduction to the car that we've ever received. David told us that he's committed to providing any ongoing customer support that we may need, and I have no doubt that he'll honor that pledge. Chyrlyn Oxner in the business office provided excellent service in completing all of the purchase paperwork. She was even willing to redo our title paperwork at our request to title the vehicle in the name of a family trust. Josh Pridham in the parts department provided outstanding service in helping us select several accessories that we wanted for towing, making several valuable recommendations and price matching a quote that we had received from an online parts seller. He also remained cheerful and helpful despite the fact that we inadvertently kept him late. Quentin Walker was the manager who oversaw our transaction. We didn't meet him, but based on how smoothly the entire buying experience went, we can only assume that he did a great job. Overall, this was the best car buying experience we've had, and we've purchased new Hondas from four different dealerships over the years. We highly recommend David Q and the team at Honda Cars of Bellevue! More

I spoke to both Kevin and Chyrlyn multiple times on the phone while researching the sale and having questions on completing the sale. They were very helpful each time and throughout the whole process. Neither Kevin nor Chyrlyn tried to sell me on warranties or add-ons that I didn't need. They understood what I wanted and needed and helped me instead of pushing me into a sale. I would highly recommend HCOB and working with the staff here. I won't buy my Hondas anywhere else in Nebraska, except for at HCOB. More
