I was able to talk with Chuck and our Service Director - we would like to set an appointment for you to replace the current aftermarket light bulbs with Factory light bulbs as that may fix the issue. Alongside that, Chuck has offered to take a test drive with you regarding your concerns with the engine hesitation / shudder. Jessica. I will be in touch tomorrow (Monday) to discuss setting things up. Sorry I haven’t returned your call, we’ve had a lot going on over here. As it stands right not I would like the following items addressed and fixed. (1) engine feels like it wants to die out while driving. Maybe misfires, rough idle that you can feel In the seat. Hesitates at speed and occasional gear hunting. Mainly after it has been driven for a while. Also sounds like a lot of airflow coming from the engine bay. (2) Front brakes, after driving for a period of time, have heavy pulsating in the front. (3) Water. After car washes and rain fall, the cabin of the vehicle has a mildew smell. I’m unable to locate where it maybe coming from. The day I brought the vehicle and brought it home, one of the passenger doors was full of water. (4) squealing belt in the engine. Anytime it rains, there’s a belt that is squealing from the engine bay. The interesting thing is that the vehicle doesn’t even have to be driven for this to happen. Meaning, it’s sitting out in the rain, I start it and it squeals. (5) headlights, please don’t have or allow anyone to touch the headlights. While they still aren’t right. I will handle this myself. I don’t want factory original etc. I want what I bought. (6) I will need a loaner. Unfortunately my wife was diagnosed with Breast cancer this week. So my time is very limited. I don’t have time to be without a vehicle or going back and forth to the dealership, especially when I have Gerald ford right down the street. As you know this is all very very dissatisfying experience. If this vehicle is a CERTIFIED pre owned vehicle, I’d hate to buy a regular preowned.
