My SUV needed routine service as well as an estimate from the body shop from a parking lot hit. As an "approved body shop" by the at-fault person's insurance company, I knew I could have the body work done at the same place I trust to do all my service work. Chuck not only coordinated the service appointment time with the body shop estimate, but has coordinated the additional service my vehicle needs next week with the body shop so that all repairs can be done at the same time. They understand that I CHOOSE to drive 35 miles to Abilene to stay with their dealership, and they go out of their way to make my trips as productive as possible. Great people, great service, and I love supporting a local business that appreciates me! More
