Warranty Work We had a intermittent rattle in our Buick Enclave when it was started. Very difficult to diagnose. I was able to video the issue so they could hear what it was doing. Once they heard it, they were able to replicate it and diagnose. The fix would take a week, so they set me up with a loaner vehicle and took care of my family during a busy week of summer with a dependable vehicle. Chuck and Greg called and texted during the process and kept me informed. More

Chuck took care of me, I had a problem with my car when I came in for an oil change and he Excellent Customer Service! Very helpful and professional. Chuck took care of me, I had a problem with my car when I came in for an oil change and he immediately took charge of looking it over as soon as he heard a terrible noise. Engine problem would have costs me thousands of dollars ended up not costing me a dime when he caught it under warrenty. They have me a rental after we set up a time to get my car fix so I could go home and get to work for a few days. I had my equinox back within 3 days like they originally figured. The front desk receptionist, sorry I forget her name was amazing as well with handling the rental car side of the visits. And because of how well the customer service is, is why my family members has used Holm Auto for years. More
