Exceptional service with a clear customer focus! I recently had some service work done on one of my vehicles at Holms service center in Abilene. I've always been a do-it-yourselfer when it comes to I recently had some service work done on one of my vehicles at Holms service center in Abilene. I've always been a do-it-yourselfer when it comes to maintenance work on vehicles and have been reluctant to seek OEM service. Holms is changing my mind on the value of dealership service and their ability to diagnose vehicle problems. Chuck was open and honest with the repair needs and spoke very clearly to my need for technical details on the issue. I found the experience painless and quite refreshing. I've often heard of horror stories about the service issues of some dealerships. I've lived in the Salina area for 50+ years. The only thing I hear on Holms is about how good they are. Not hard to see why. More

Great place, my only disappointment is when buying my brand new Enclave no mention of not having road hazard on the tires. I would think that it would be a given. I ruined a tire, nail in side wall with brand new Enclave no mention of not having road hazard on the tires. I would think that it would be a given. I ruined a tire, nail in side wall with less than 6000 miles and had to pay over $200 for a new one.This needs to be addressed by Buick or dealership. More
