Had oil change done and dealer noticed tires were getting bad, recommended we replace them. Chuck Loader, our Service Consultant, gave us a list with prices of tires that would work on my '11 Ram 1500. I c bad, recommended we replace them. Chuck Loader, our Service Consultant, gave us a list with prices of tires that would work on my '11 Ram 1500. I contacted Chuck a couple of weeks later and said I was ready for tires, but the list he had given my wife had expired, and some had rebates that were no longer in effect. I was figuring on spending about $1100 on tires. Chuck said, "Let me check on a few things, I may have something that will save you some money." When Chuck called back, he gave me an estimate on some really nice Hankook tires that ended up running me, tax and fees included, $683.00! Chuck said he actually runs these tires on his truck and really likes them. Not too many folks would hunt you down a deal to save you $500, especially when I was ready to just pay for the other tires without even thinking about it. This is the reason I will keep my business at Holm Automotive Center, even though I live in Junction City. These folks have integrity, as well as being friendly, helpful, and honest; something I haven't seen in any major dealership in years. Great job Chuck! More
