Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

Charles Griffith was amazing to work with, under promised and over delivered on our wait time, and kindly let us know there was Starbucks that we could walk to. This short walk and an activity made the wait and over delivered on our wait time, and kindly let us know there was Starbucks that we could walk to. This short walk and an activity made the wait with my teenager so much more pleasant. Chuck knew that it was our first time changing oil at the dealership and that we were new to the area. My first visit to Germain BMW for service. It was easy to schedule the appointment online and there were a number of available days and times. My needs were simple, oil change and brake flui It was easy to schedule the appointment online and there were a number of available days and times. My needs were simple, oil change and brake fluid flush. The check in process was fast and they provided the service requested quickly. They recommended new tires which was no surprise and their quote was lower than Tire Rack my normal source. All in all a good experience with reasonable prices. More
