After finding the vehicle I wanted in their online stock, I was personally quoted a price by the Sales Manager (Mr. Shannon). When I went to purchase the car the next day the price was raised significantly. I was personally quoted a price by the Sales Manager (Mr. Shannon). When I went to purchase the car the next day the price was raised significantly. The salesman seemed to act as if it was out of his hands. The sales staff sited fees from the email that took them ten min to find. I should have walked but I had difficulty locating the exact model/feature combination. Now I feel foolish for letting them get away with what they pulled. Also, afterward, I was asked to redo some paperwork do to an error on their part. When I attempted to contact them to make sure all was in order. It took many attempts (ending with an email to their General Manager) to simply get a response that everything was good. More

Chuck and the Hertiage Subaru team were very easy to work with. I was an out of state buyer looking for a specific model with specific options. They were able to give me a competitive out the door price in w with. I was an out of state buyer looking for a specific model with specific options. A local dealer had just recieved what I was looking for and was able to get within the cost of traveling. I started the evening with a Mr. Shannon, he was jovial, kind and made the process easy and comfortable. I had a pretty strict window for costs and what I was willing to spend, not to be stingy, but because I am on a tight budget. Josh (Mr. Jones) was the "finance guy" and worked tirelessly with us to get it done. I walked away a very satisfied customer, feeling confident in my choice.
