There were two ladies I encountered at the service desk. The first one was a nice young lady. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped me locate my service rep Christy. The second one was not. I had to ask multiple times for my car to be dried after having to come back up to the premises after being told they couldn’t wash my car the day I received an oil change. Go to Buckhead! Mr. Toussant Green has no respect for Black women and I’m going to be sure that corporate knows about his lack of professionalism! I’m going to make sure he doesn’t forget me.
