Update dropped my 2021 x5 on 7/29/25 by appointment 730 am for ac not cold on passenger side service manager Chris was saying for a week we’re testing the car ..On Tuesday 8/5/25 Chris says they figured o am for ac not cold on passenger side service manager Chris was saying for a week we’re testing the car ..On Tuesday 8/5/25 Chris says they figured out the problem with estimate I ok’d for work on ac expansion valve and gasket rings on ac unit .Then said Wednesday would be done .Wednesday work not done .They have credibility problems or are just not honest .Thusday tomorrow will be the 10 th day my x5 is stuck in the shop (no loaner ) .If this is Ralley BMW ‘s best it’s pathetic. If it’s a BMW wide problem I guess from this experience ,Mercedes ,Lexus ,and land rover are just better options .DOES ANYONE THINK THIS IS ACCEPTABLE ?????? More

This is my first time owning a BMW and I was a little nervous about having to go to the service department for the first time. Chris was ANAZING! He listened and made me feel comfortable with my concerns nervous about having to go to the service department for the first time. Chris was ANAZING!
