It started bad with calling to make an appointment, the girl was rude, then calls 2 days before to cancel, yet all I needed was an oil change and you dont even need appointment for that. So I called and th girl was rude, then calls 2 days before to cancel, yet all I needed was an oil change and you dont even need appointment for that. So I called and the guy, who was nice, listened and made my appointment again after she cancelled it. Then I get there, I said I needed to wait so I could go elsewhere to have the other service done, then they said they could complete the service. No calls just some horrible link to tell you all this stuff you need done which you don’t need done as the carfax had it done at another Mercedes dealership. Then no communication again and it had after market warranty, no communication on who calls and I spoke to a manager now as I was sick of the back and forth email that wasn’t answering the question asked. They got the warranty to do a repair that was so expensive as some of the items done was already done the day before on the service (all on my service bill). Then pick up the car, they said wait outside and no one got the car, asked again and the guy was nice and said, glad I asked no one told us. Finally get my car. For Mercedes the dealer is awful!!!! Dodge does a better job communicating and attention to the customer. Wouldn’t recommend and only hope I never have to go back as this is the closest Mercedes service dept. More

They got me in promptly and were able to complete my service in plenty of time to make my doctor appointment. I enjoyed the complimentary snacks were great. I really enjoyed looking at all of the beauti service in plenty of time to make my doctor appointment. I enjoyed the complimentary snacks were great. I really enjoyed looking at all of the beautiful cars in the showroom. I especially enjoyed the interior and exterior cleaning. More

I was amazed that Chris the service manager took the time to call and explain answers to my questions a week after the sale. He was very engaging and was very understanding and gave me complete answers. Than to call and explain answers to my questions a week after the sale. I was traveling and 500 miles from home when the check engine light on my E550 came on. I stopped at Mercedes of Beaverton to have it checked. Upon pulling into the dealership it was obvious that they wer engine light on my E550 came on. I stopped at Mercedes of Beaverton to have it checked. Upon pulling into the dealership it was obvious that they were very busy. Nevertheless, service manager Chris Walters saw me almost immediately. After explaining my situation he made sure that my car was diagnosed quickly. He explained what needed to be done immediately as well as other service issues that could be done by my local Mercedes’ dealer when I got home. I authorized the repair that was most critical and the work was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way home in about 2 hours. Thank you Chris! I wish my local dealership was as accommodating and efficient as Mercedes’ of Beaverton. More

Service advisor Andy was very personable, professional, took care of the issues we discussed. The car was ready in a timely manner. Service department provided a very thorough report and the car was very took care of the issues we discussed. The car was ready in a timely manner.
