I had to speak to you during the process also, you are welcome to call me at (503) 729-0001…. I’ll be happy to give you specifics, but after the treatment we got from start to finish I’m not sure there is much you can do. It is surprising that Mercedes treated us beyond horrible and yet the Mopar shop we go to has never been this bad or even close to this bad. BMW that we went to was always great….. but in comparison to the car you sell and the service you give, we wouldn’t be back ….. I only hope this is an anomaly this visit.
