They lied about everything. My salesman was Diego, an excellent guy all the way around. Zach the manager, a complete scam artist. He had Diego have us sign finance paperwork and even ring the bell and told us that we had been approved and the whole time that wasn't the case. Then, the car that we were 'approved' for wasn't even at the dealership yet, it's in transit to the dealership still and we weren't informed of that. I called Diego then next day and told him that I wanted them to stop working on getting an approval because I didn't even want to purchase from them anymore and they kept running my credit after I told them to stop, Diego calls and says they got me approved and asked when I could go in to sign paperwork, so I gave in and told him I could go today 3/28/26 at noon and asked if all the terms remained the same and he told me YES! I get there today and everything was totally different. Phil Long Hyundai in Motor City is a complete scam. No wonder the showroom was EMPTY!!! More
