Scheduled a test and fix my start button. Got there and was told they would only be able to test it which was frustrating since I specifically requested that they schedule the repair the same Got there and was told they would only be able to test it which was frustrating since I specifically requested that they schedule the repair the same day, which is what they did but Ryan insisted they wouldn't have time. I pushed back and reminded him that I scheduled my car for both and he went to the repair techs to ask and they took it which I was grateful for. I bring my car here for service all the time and have been a Curry customer for decades. I understand staffing issues are tough but if someone schedules a specifically known repair, be sure to honor it without any hesitation. More
