Having had the bleak experience shopping around a few other dealers taking advantage of the auto supply issue caused by the chip shortage and worsened by hurricane Ida, I’m pleasantly surprised that I was able to find Brandfon Honda and close a transaction with this dealership in less than 3 days. Chris Donofrio is such a great sales and gentleman, there was no pressure at all working with him. He was very responsive in replying to my texts and answering my calls. I was able to work out all the details with him in less than 3 hours through on-and-off text messages on a busy Sunday. He helped followed up on all the paperwork on Monday and we were able to pick up the shiny new car on Tuesday. The round trip for picking up the car was around 5 hours but we were beyond happy returning from Brandfon Honda. Thanks, Chris! thanks, Brandfon Honda!
