I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

I have had to call multiple times for the same issues, I am repeatedly told by Bret Heines and Chris that i would receive a call back by the end of the day, this has yet to happen. Each time I do call the service department to speak with the manager the receptionist sayes they will call his line and before they even do so they say “ he maybe in a meeting”. Only. Once in all the calls I have made there has he answered while I was on the other end and this was after I had expressed my dissatisfaction about how frustrated I am about the lack of respect for a client’s time and handily of the problem at hand. Which presents another issue. I had brought my car for an inspection at my community service station, everything was as it should be. They could not pass iit to bring it to the dealer. Which I did promptly, after diagnosis they said it had an air flow flap problem, which cost me $2018.00. A couple of weeks later I received a letter from BMW that it was covered under warranty., completed the necessary paperwork and a few weeks later received a check for minus $490 dollars The Ken Neil at the warranty department said Rally should have known it? He also said that that part does not need programming ( that’s what the $490 charge was for). I proceeded to call Rally again, spoke with Chris he said it does and he would call Ken and get back me yesterday. He hasn’t. Not only did I have to extend money for what shouldn’t have been, I have used multiple hours trying to rectify Rally’’s errors!!! Extremely disappointed in the service, lack of respect for a clients time and poor customer service…….. More

Subject: Extremely Disappointed in Rallye BMW’s Handling of My Friend’s Purchase I’m extremely disappointed and frankly embarrassed to have referred a close friend to Rallye BMW. As a loyal customer for of My Friend’s Purchase I’m extremely disappointed and frankly embarrassed to have referred a close friend to Rallye BMW. As a loyal customer for over 15 years and more than 10 vehicles, I expected far better. My friend purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW from Rallye, and within days problems began. First, Apple CarPlay stopped working — not the biggest issue, but concerning so soon after purchase. Two weeks later, the car wouldn’t start at all. Rallye had the vehicle towed to the dealership, where we were told it needed an ignition switch. Today, after following up with the service department, I was informed that there was “no issue” with the ignition switch. Instead, I was told the car’s undercarriage has extensive damage and a claim would be filed with the tow truck company. This does not add up — how does “extensive undercarriage damage” suddenly appear after a week in Rallye’s possession? To make matters worse, the communication has been unacceptable. Calls to Chris Blanco and Casmo Laurino have gone unanswered. When I called Burt, the salesperson, he simply told me to “call service” — no follow-through, no ownership. This is not the level of professionalism, accountability, or customer care that I have come to expect from Rallye BMW. I strongly urge management to review this situation immediately and resolve it appropriately. It's August 13th and still getting the run around. Now being told car starts but under carriage has damage. More

My service advisor made sure the entire visit was smooth and efficient, and my car was returned clean and in perfect condition. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how quickly the work was completed without compromising quality. Overall, Rallye BMW delivered excellent customer service and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future servicing or recommend them to other BMW owners. More
