We never anticipated that purchasing a car from a dealership could be a pleasant, relatively stress-free experience, but it actually was, largely due to Chris Armentano. He was very supportive (there was absolutely no pressure) as we wavered back and forth prior to making a decision, and was consistently kind and courteous while answering our numerous (likely repetitious) questions. As an older couple switching from a car built in 2006 to a much newer model, we required extra "hand holding" and Chris patiently provided it. (This transaction involved an unanticipated trade-in and the negotiations for that went remarkably smoothly as well.) To sum it up, we felt so fortunate to have had Chris help us navigate this process and would recommend him very highly. More
