The process of buying a car during a pandemic can be overwhelming. This by far was the best buying experience I have ever had. I started online at the Herb Chambers website, I was able to view all vehic overwhelming. This by far was the best buying experience I have ever had. I started online at the Herb Chambers website, I was able to view all vehicles that interest me across all of their locations. I received a trade-in price right online for my car, and pretty much secured the final numbers without stepping foot in the dealership. I received a phone call from their sales manager, Sam, to review the numbers. They didn’t have the color I wanted in stock, but Sam confirmed he had one on the way. I placed a payment to hold the car. I was given a timeframe of when the car would arrive. The car was two days early, I scheduled an appointment to sign and get my keys. It was that simple. Christie Pierre is awesome to work with! More
