Bought a 2009 Lexus LS460 in Feb. 2009; numerous problems with sales and service issues on a $86 thousand dollar car! 1. Tires were worn at 19,000 miles, did not disclose poor wear from factory on an expensive car. 3. Has left valve stems off of tires when checked. 4. Has said that 4 different tires on this car, and my other Lexus, needed new tires, when the tread was enough for another 3 thousand miles (checked by two independent tire dealers, with written proof.) 5. Failed three times to replace simple plastic gromet, after repeated requests. 6. Salesman promised free map upgrade for nav system, which also was a lie. Please beware of repeated mistakes, false promises, and poor service. Had to have Lexus corporate involved for restitution; service program only designed to sell or repair things that are not needed, and charge you for things that you don't need. Please, please, use another reputable Lexus dealer! More

Great car buying but terrible service department. They are inept and dishonest in their repairs. I even complained to the GM who to date has not returned my call.
