Norm reeves provided an almost excellent experience. It would have been excellent if I didn’t have to fight argue about the military retired bonus, that they did not want to provide. This is the second Honda dealer that tried to screw me out of the Honda bonus, Fort Worth Honda did screw me out of one of the bonuses. Beyond that Christian was awesome salesman, & provided me with superior service, he answered all my question prior during & after the sale, as well as get me out with minimal time dealing with sales managers. Hassan in finance was also awesome. In answering all my questions before & after resale. Only 1 thing I did not like was that the sales # were not listed on 1 page on the iPad. I would have like to have the paper copy with those # listed & totaled. My fault for not asking. I did tell him that afterwards. More

I was negotiating with Christian Sanchez, the Sales Associate and Fleet Manager, for a 2020 Honda CR-V. We had finally agreed on a trade-in value for my vehicle and the purchase price for the CR-V. I s Associate and Fleet Manager, for a 2020 Honda CR-V. We had finally agreed on a trade-in value for my vehicle and the purchase price for the CR-V. I scheduled a time to come in the next day to finalize everything, as I live a few hours away from the dealership. However, while I was on my way to complete the paperwork, I received a message from him informing me that he had sold the vehicle to someone else. I was already halfway there when I got the news. This dealership feels sleazy, and the sales tactics are untrustworthy. I do not recommend this Honda dealership to anyone. More
