My first time taking my truck to dodge I pay for an oil change and rotation I left my truck most of the day when I picked it up supposedly everything was done. A few days later I realized one of my tires t change and rotation I left my truck most of the day when I picked it up supposedly everything was done. A few days later I realized one of my tires that I had curbed was still in the same place meaning I got robbed because if I never would have seen it I would have went back for another rotation and would have payed again. I then called and spoke to the manager over the phone a made it out as if it was not an issue. So I went back and spoke to Paula the best customer service I got from this establishment. She actually helped me and there was another gentleman that was there that was very helpful. I really hope that this does not happen again because to me that is stealing. I have actually thought about it and will never bring my truck to this Dodge again and will let all my friends family and coworkers ot to go to you again! More
