3rd car purchased. Have brought 2 friends that have bought cars. Satisfied with all vehicles. Last purchase (4/14) was ok, but have an issue. Salesman said it was agreed to get 2 new tires at dealer cost to match the two that were already replaced on the car. I asked for a price but could not get an answer. I called and texted my salesman several times after delivery with no response. I called customer service and they got back to me the next day with price. They are very inexpensive tires, but I was surprised when I was told that I would have to pick them up and they would not be installed. Since they are cheap tires, I’m not that worried about it but did not appreciate the lack of communication, More
