I had a very concerning experience with this dealership. I was sold a vehicle that had known powertrain issues identified in a pre-purchase inspection, with assurances the parts would be replaced. Within a few months the vehicle failed. Instead of addressing the issue, the dealership encouraged trading into a significantly more expensive new vehicle that was clearly unaffordable. I was also told to stop paying the prior loan because it would be paid off, which did not happen and resulted in severe credit damage. I strongly recommend extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. More

I purchased a 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Toyota of Tampa Bay on March 28, 2026. While I love the car itself, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. HIDDEN ADD-ONS: Wh Tampa Bay on March 28, 2026. While I love the car itself, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. HIDDEN ADD-ONS: When I was given my "out the door" price, no one explained that it included a $1,299 "DG Windshield Treatment" add-on. This was never disclosed to me as a separate, optional product — it was simply buried in the paperwork. The contract itself states this product is "OPTIONAL and NOT REQUIRED to purchase the vehicle," yet it was never presented to me as optional. To make matters worse, this windshield treatment was NEVER APPLIED to my vehicle. It's been days and no one has contacted me to schedule this service. So I'm being charged $1,299 for something that was never done. NO RESPONSE FROM FINANCE: I've reached out to the Finance Manager multiple times to resolve this issue, but my requests are being ignored. I contacted Dealer General Warranty (DGW), who administers this product, and they confirmed cancellation is possible if the dealership verifies the product was not applied. However, the dealership is not cooperating. MISSING STANDARD EQUIPMENT: I also discovered that my car was missing the cargo floor mat — items that should come standard with every new Camry. BOTTOM LINE: Be very careful when reviewing your paperwork at this dealership. Ask about EVERY line item and don't just accept an "out the door" price without understanding what's included. I am now dealing with Toyota Corporate and may file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. Very disappointed with this experience. More

When signing the contracts he would zoom in on the signature box and distract you with conversation. Then you would sign and request to read the financial page he kept saying we would go back to it an signature box and distract you with conversation. Then you would sign and request to read the financial page he kept saying we would go back to it and just hit next and after 25-30 different pages and initials to sign (and 2 more requests to get back to the financial statement), he would click OK. I kept asking for a copy he would change subject and then he put the paperwork on a USB card but didnt tell me that is was on there. After 2 days i found the usb card in paperwork and found out they charged me 10k over the selling price and also charged me 3k for premium protect plus service plan after i told salesman i didnt want it but she said it was mandatory(but in the paperwork for the PPP plan it says "you are not required to enter into this agreement in order to purchase, lease, or obtain financing for a vehicle).
