I got an amazing deal on my trade and thats just to start. The constant communication from Amanda Campbell gave me confidence I was being taken care of every step of the way. I didnt feel pressured or start. The constant communication from Amanda Campbell gave me confidence I was being taken care of every step of the way. I didnt feel pressured or rushed . Unfortunately I was not able to get the “detail advantage” applied while I was there because the shop was closed. Amanda assured me to tell her what time and day was good for me and she will be sure of its taken care of. Amanda knew I work 6 days a week so time was limited. Amanda got me in first thing that following Sunday and even though she was not in she texted me and emailed me that all would be handled when I arrived. I barely finished my hot cocoa when Christian came over walked me to my car explained what was done . Christian took it further and actually showed me all the great things my beautiful car is capable of and answered all my questions brilliantly. I hope the “big guy” sees this and shows these hard working professionals that they are truly what customer service is about and handle a job well done.
