Hector Nieves was a strong advocate for the dealership but helped me to secure excellent pricing for my vehicle. when they didn't have the model, color and trim we wanted he got it sent within hours from another dealer. our relationship manager Sal Manalili. was friendly and knowledgeable. we made a number of trips to the dealership and after the first one without warning he greeted us warmly by name and always worked to answer our questions and concerns. worked hard to help us find the car and model we wanted. he worked hard to provide a good atmosphere for our buying experience. our experience in the finance office with Chris Shotwell went well as well. He handled us very professionally and the processed went very smoothly More

Sal was knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in and steered me through an informative test drive. Ferris helped me find a very popular vehicle in the color and model I was interested and was able to get it for me , ready for delivery the next day, even though they didn't have it on the lot. Chris guided me through the finance process and answered all of my questions. Everyone was very respectful of my time and clearly wanted me to have a good experience. Exceptional environment and customer service We visited Brandon Honda on a Friday afternoon to see if they would at least treat us better than the local dealership with whom we had an existing re We visited Brandon Honda on a Friday afternoon to see if they would at least treat us better than the local dealership with whom we had an existing relationship. Since we were still in the feeling-things-out stage we certainly didn't expect to be in the dealership past closing, finalizing a deal on the vehicle we wanted, with a superior option package than we thought was within our budget. Everyone we dealt with was amazingly courteous. The environment was comfortable, and we didn't feel that awkward and uncomfortable pressure from the salesmen that has become very common at other dealerships. Not only were we happy with the deal, but because we had to make a return trip to the dealership after our purchase because they were so busy and we couldn't finalize a couple points, they offered to refuel our new vehicle as a courtesy when we returned. Not only do I intend to do all my Honda-related business at this dealership, despite it being 45 minutes from my house as opposed to 10, but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. More

Happy Honda Owner This week I was in the market for a new car. Having visited 4 dealerships, I decided I wanted a Honda Accord EXL with navigation. I had been given s This week I was in the market for a new car. Having visited 4 dealerships, I decided I wanted a Honda Accord EXL with navigation. I had been given some great deals at other dealerships, but they were for other cars. Now the question was could I get the luxury loaded Honda and stay within my budget. At Brandon Honda, I met with salesman, Rammie Hamdan. He was likable, easy to work with, had a sense of humor, and was sensitive to my needs. Rammie assured me he would do everything in his power to help me get what I wanted and on my terms. Rammie did a great job but we still fell short of a deal that I could be comfortable with. That is when he called in a sales manager, Ferris Hamdan. Ferris was reassuring and promised to do everything he could not to just get me a good deal but get me the deal I wanted. That is exactly what happened. Thanks to Rammie and Ferris, I am a Honda owner. To complete the paperwork, they introduced me to Chris Shotwell in financial services. Chris very efficiently went through the closing process and made sure I understood and was comfortable with all the terms. He pointed out some great programs available to me without any pressure to buy right then, but instead gave me literature to review so I could make my own decision … my way. If you are shopping for a car, I recommend giving Brandon Honda a chance. I am sure there are a lot of good people working there, but I suggest you ask for Rammie and Ferris to represent you.
